Hi people
Just wondered if anyone knows of the default IP address for Officeserv 7200? It has no DLI module. Normally the IP address stays the same as before but I upgraded from v4.70 to v4.91 but now cannot connect via LAN. It thought it may be 10.0.2.1 but it didn't work. Anyone got a clue please!?
Best wishes Mike

Mike, Been down this road before. I've defaulted the system to see if the default address pops, on new installs prior to programming that is. Never works for me, so I connect wireshark wait a few minutes and pop there it is and I connect and change accordingly. Good luck,

I have done a 4.92 upgrade, and the ip address remained constant? I even factory defaulted it with no change? You will have to wireshark her.

Try 10.0.2.10. Normally the system will keep the programming in 830 as a static and not change it when defaulted. So it should've stayed whatever it was prior to upgrading it. The address I listed is default for all 7000 systems.
