I haven't programmed an Inter-tel system in a few years, but I'm back into it now again as a main function of my new job.
I'm trying to do a simple ext swap via the admin phone, and I get an error of "conflicting extention" on the display. I searched all applications, hunt groups, and phantoms, and nothing appears to be conflicting. Both ext's are regular digital keysets on a 9.115 system.
Am I overlooking something simple since I've been away for a few years?
Any and all help is appreciated.

I figured it out... Can't swap a phone that you are attempting to do the function from. DOH!

Also make sure they are the same type of phone. you can't swap a digital ext with a IP phone or a SL phone. If they are both digital, put them both into the same keymap gp and do the swap.
