Hello,
I have a Mitel 5000 setup and currently working great at my office. We just added a fifth line to our system. However, people can dial in with that number, but can only dial out using the original 4, once a fifth person tries to dial out, they have to wait for one of the other 4 to hang up first. I would like to be able to have all 5 lines dialing out at once.
Thanks in advance! Rob

Take a look at the Associated Extension Information under one of your phone stations and see what they are using for Outbound dialing. Find the Trunk Group being used and add the new individual trunk to the group.
