Hi,
I am a newbie here, so if am using this incorrectly, kindly show me the right way and I will try to get up to speed as quickly as I can.
With a new ACD package installation, it was noticed by the customer that the BLF indication of agents flashes on all other phones while logged in. They would like the lamps dark while the agent is idle yet still logged in. The only place I see to change this is in the DSS console area of block 30. It looks like it will only affect DSS consoles as my changes there had no affect when I tried it in section 30. Does anybody have any ideas?

Apparently, I had the right place to make the change, but the phones had to be unplugged to make it take affect.
