After powering down the ies32, is there a special shutdown procedure to for the Strata? Looks like you just flip the switch on the power supply.

Yes just switch it of at the power supply on the base cabinet The one with the processor in it if you have more than 1 cabinet installed.
When you switch the cabinet back on the iES will switch back on automatically.

Thanks Carl. I'm having an issue connecting to Strata from Network Emanager. Looks like an SNMP issue that has been reported several times before here. Hopefully a power cycle will fix the problem.

A reboot fixed the problem, by the way. Thanks again for your help, Carl.

Toshiba eventually fixed that issue in version 3.10. You can upgrade up to version 3.10 MK063 on that old processor, which should fix the lockup problem.
