I have 5 Vodavi XTS systems that I connect to through a dial-up modem. Is there a network card available for these systems?

It depends upon the MPB card's version, but most have a network connector on the front edge. If you have a static IP address that you can use, you can add it to the MPB's slot via flash 46. I will say that it works great when it works, but for some reason, it stops responding (for unknown reasons) and the only way to connect again is by performing a soft restart.
If you're seriously interested in this connectivity, I'd suggest that you look into adapters that allow you to assign a static IP address to it that gives you a serial I/O connector to connect to the MPB's RS232 connection. It would be much more stable for this application.
