is there a workaround for this.

calls inbound to a ucd group with 2 comfort greetings played.
the issue being that once a call is bounced to the first comfort greeting the ucd group will not ring untill the entire prompt is played.
proving to be frustrating for reception as they go to grab the call just after its gone to the 1st promnpt

That's why its called ucd to give people a message you could try to shorten the message or make times before going to message longer

If setup correctly (ie the overflow from the ucd group is to a vmsucd group not just vm), then if the receptionist is in the group and becomes free after the call goes to the first message, the message should cut off and her phone should start ringing.
