This just in, we don't work on Vodavi... they have a Star Plus, with voicemail, they just called us asking what we can do for them ( probably just sell them a New ESI..) can anybody tell me what Might be wrong with their Vodavi( I'm thinking it might have lost its programming) , just a wild guess.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

Dead Ram Battery, power failure, system loses programming. That is best case....worse case: power supply failure. My bet is on the first.

Thanks, Derrick, that is what I'm thinking ( sort of like on the Old Executone Encore CX systems) well, we rolled a truck with a few phones and a new ESI system...wait and see.
