What I have is a BCM50 with 20 7316e phones with 20 T-24's. I have use all my swca 521-536 on the T-24, how can I program 5 buttons on the 7316e for calls that come in that are not for the sales group using swca lines. Don't want to do call park and have to remember codes, is there away to program buttons for calls to be put on hold till customer picks up phone system is PRI.

Cut down on the SWCA buttons for sales and use them for everyone else. Use Call Park - I know you don't want that. Is the call for one person or for a number of people, whoever picks it up first? If for one person - just transfer the call - OR do a camp-on. If for anyone - send it to a hunt group.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

That a hell out a lot of groups for one sale dept....most business's will get by with 5. Having 16 people on hold is not good!!!! Consider Call Center which is built into the BCM.
