Questions in the topic, Anyone have any idea if you can remotely reset cards such as ONS, ELD etc without resetting the phone system?

If you can get into programming and have empty slots try moving the card. You will get error messages in system terminal after the load then move them back this will reset the card. If you are on site these cards are hot swappable.
