Hi,

I ran into some problem with CRA and need some expert advice. My company is running Axxess 6.0. Last week, I set up a CRA with digit translation with multiple options(6). CRA works fine, however when I choose an option that routes to extension located on a different node the call will forward and reach the extension, but then goes to voicemail automatically. It works fine when choosing an option that routes to location located on the same node (local).

Here is the detail description CRA.

CRA -2526
Day Greeting -Recording 003, Long Pause
Digit Transalation:
0-operator
1-extension on remote node
2-voicemail on local node
3-extension on remote node
4-extension on local node
5-extension on local node
6-extension on local node
7-repeat to menu
Timeout- CRA 2526

The problem I having is with option 1 and 3 calls transfer extension on remote node.

Add all devices to the 'All Stations' extension list under System\Devices and Feature Codes\Extension Lists\Station\All Stations. This should give yer CRA access to the off-node sites.

I add the CRA(2526) correspond to these extension and it works. You are awesome. Save me a lot of headache.

I'm running Axxess V10 at our main site and a pair of 5200s off node. This solution is not available to me. I've had to create extension IDs for all off node devices. Am I doing something wrong?
