I have a customer that has a BCM50e, we DID NOT install it. They think it has a T1, PRI but I can't find the t1 parameters anywhere the only thing it says on the lines programming is Voip. any help?

Try going into Resources/TelephonyResources/ and high-lite the MBM that holds the DTM module.

Don't have the software. Do I need it? I was just going into the system programming on the phone, feature **........I l know nothing about the bcm50e.

Enter the IP address of the BCM in your browser - you can download the software from it.

That I can do. Does if have a default ip address? Pretty sure it is not on their network. Thanks

Yes, the maintenance port is set to 10.10.11.1
