I have a customer that incoming calls ring in 6 extensions. They are not currently set up on a ring in group, or hunt group. I need them to ring for a period of time maybe 25 seconds and then go to the auto attendant. I know it's in call routing, but don't know where. Thank in advance!!!!!

You are probably going to have to put them in a hunt group and set the recall timer and destination.
