I have a customer that recently got their PRI service corrected by their provider. They didn't provide a cut sheet, and we didn't find out about the forwarding situation till yesterday during a Conf Call. The customer wants to keep their original DID's if possible, but here's a my situation. The customer moved from one Rate Center area to another, they had to be re-issued new DID's and their original DID's were RCF to the new DID's, I got those new DID's programmed and all DID's are working to the correct phones. Now I need to get 911 to recognize the business and address. I guess I could change all phones to use the new main DID for Caller ID, but that would probably confuse my customer's new or existing clients. Their provider says they can't change the outbound pulsed info. I have routed E-911 for a previous customer, but that was years ago, and I had someone talk me through the process. Any ideas would be helpful.

Never mind, The provider (EarthLink) didn't realize they had a setting that would correct the address for 911 purposes..
