I've got a customer that has Partner Messaging (not sure of the release) that I am unable to log in to admin programming using the default password. They have a new system administrator but she says she was able to log in a couple of months ago. I tried used a backdoor password, which I won't disclose here, but I'm still denied. If anyone has a solution to resetting the admin password to the default please PM me. Thanks.

Your probably using the wrong password. If you can PM me what your using I can check and see if it's correct, if not I can send you the correct on.
