Hello . . .
We have the Inter-Tel Axxess system. I am the manager of an office, and I have a secondary extension key on my phone that lights up when there is a call to our front desk. I have a new assistant manager, and I would like his phone to have the same thing. I programmed a secondary extension key for him (same setup as mine, etc), but his is not lighting up for calls. Did I do something wrong, or is it not possible to have two secondary extensions?

Your phone is probably using a specific keymap. Use the same keymap for assistant manager.
