We have about 25 Inter-tel phone in the office. Most of them are fine but a couple of them are displaying the follwing message on the display "Sys Alarm #11 x1090 emergency".
An yideas on why this may be and how I get rid of it please?

the phones that are displaying the alarm are programed as administrator sets the alarm # 11 means that someone called 911 you can clear it by pressing the infinity key and dialing 9850
(the infinity key is the sidways 8)
