2 part question: I can not find were to program phone stations to go to voicemail box after say 4 ring if not answer. Second question if I put a incoming PRI line on hold it shows up on a SWCA button. I'm using 8 intercom buttons for incoming PRI lines some work on hold and some show on hold on a SWCA button what did I miss. Thank you for your Time to answer.

Capabilities for the extension to go to voice mail after 4 rings.
Your on hold question - I am not sure what you are saying. Are you sure you have 8 I/C buttons? Do Feature *0 and press each button.
If you are on a line and put it on hold - it is on hold.
If you press the SWCA button then it is on SWCA hold.
Not sure what you mean by some work and some don't.
If CON is the opposite of PRO
Then what is the opposite of Progress?
