Has anyone else noticed when trying to setup a 6011 on wifi when entering in the security key, you can not distinguish between abc or def or ghi, etc....... It only enters one character which I am assuming is either a d g.
If there is another way to enter it - I would love to know.

The * key toggles between uppercase, lowercase, numeric, or special characters. On the bottom left of your display, it shows what you mode are currently in. So a C would be 3 presses of the 2 key when in uppercase mode. As it doesn't show what you are entering, you have to trust you're entering it correctly.

Although I haven't tried it yet, there is a spreadsheet you load onto a USB, put the USB into the phone, then tell the set which extension you want.

I find the USB method is the way to go when using wifi. Just make sure you use a USB that is bigger than 2gb. The phone is hit or miss recognizing anything smaller.
