User emails have to be done at each phone I thought, but yea you're right those other features are Sys Programmer only.

so, I " heard " from a little birdie...they are supposed to be working on some New type of Programmer...web based..., wait and see...?

Yeah, that same "birdie" told me it's because the Microsoft operating systems are so unstable and prone to bugs that they are going to release their web based programmer, probably with a Linux core, very similar to what their techs are using now. It's about time.

well, I'm still waiting for a major Software release to come out...I had identified a "bug" in mobile messaging email address( they Do not follow the phone if somebody use's the admin swap function)

The bug that "bugs" me is if one changes a name on a 60 button phone from the Programmer, the name does not change on the phones. One must manually change the Button Label to make a simple name change.
