I have a 7400 with an SVMI-20E
I can't remember quite how this flows. One group overflows to another group:
SG 5010: (Main) UCD Distribute Next Port 5020 Overflow 8 1: 165 2: 129 3: 104 etc
SG 5011: (Overflow) UCD Distribute Next Port 5020 Overflow 1 1: 166 2: 130 etc
SG 5020 (Announcement) Distribute 1: 3715 (Reserved VM Ports) 2: 3716 etc
UCD Group Options 5010 Group Index 10 First msg 5061 Second msg 5063 Retry 6 Exit code 5 Final Dest 5049 (voicemail) Wrap 5 Next 0 Recall 35 Auto logout Off All out to Final off Group Busy next off MOH 3730 Auto clear No
5011 Group Index 11 First msg 5063 Second msg 5064 Retry 20 Exit code 5 Final Dest 5049 (Voicemail) Wrap 10 Next 0 Recall 40 Auto logout Off All out to Final off Group Busy next off MOH 3730 Auto clear No
Is my overflow off, being that final destination on the first group is 5049 instead of 5011?
Total queue time is 210 seconds?
Is there also an option to have a system greeting say, "There are 3 calls ahead of you"?
