Have a customer with an OS7200, MCP card, SVMi-20E (Rel 5.0 V1). When the voicemail is recording, it does a skip around at around 3 seconds, which is also around the time someone says their name. The skip is short in duration but is very annoying to the customer.
Anyone experience this before? The new Samsung site doesn't let me view any older bulletins so I can't see if it was an known issue. I'm thinking of upgrading the software; if someone could forward me instructions on how to upgrade, I'd appreciate it.

Whenever I've had that issue it's been the hard drive failing in the vm card.
Your svmi software is different I believe so I can't help with the software.
I'd recommend swapping the hard drive out. We can get from Samsung a cf card and adaptor which is pre loaded with the software, don't know if that's available in the us
