We need to quote Samsung call centre application i checked on the WEB and it looks that we need OFFICESERV DATA VIEW application,they need reporting of the ext like abandoned call,busy time ,no. of calls in queue etc.

Second how to record the PRI line in Samsung OS series or for the normal Digital /analog lines

waiting for immediate advise

Dataview has been withdrawn from sale for some time now here.

I would suggest Samsung CMS is what you need.
It can also do recording of the PRI/PSTN lines.

Samsung don't have a handset level call recorder, only trunk based.

What will be our requirement i mean
s/w of Samsung CMS
is there license only
Aprox cost (anyway im gonna contact Samsung for the pricing

CMS is also call accounting.
It has modules you add depending on what you need.

Dataview was only reporting, cms is reporting but it can also extend the functions of the uCD groups in the system

Samsung support is advising SCC (Samsung Contact Centre Suit) and taking time for pricing as they have to get price from UK ,does any body have idea for the approximate cost of this solution/application.We are in hurry to quote.
