Does anyone know where I can buy an AT&T 1020 set. It is a secondary set to be used in conjunction with a 1050 or it could be a 1070 primary set.

I don't see a reference to a 1020 model NoKSU on at&t's landline telephone equipment website. It lists the 1040, 1070 & 1080.
