I have been using UM for sometime and recently I had to reinstall it because it wasn't working right. When I reinstalled UM 2.364i, I got this message "Error logging into voicemail server. Check server credentials." Then when I opened Outlook I get "You will not be able to use voice mail or outbound fax features until the first time you log on to the Unified Messaging server."
I have reinstalled this a few timesst, disabling anti-virus, making sure we have enough licenses, rebooting the UM server but still getting the same error message. Please let me know if anyone can help. Thanks.

Long overdue, but have you solved this problem? I am having the same issue with UM 2.364d.

What service pack of Outlook are you using. UM only supports up to service pack 2. After that you need to go to the OSE version of voicemail.

Correction -- only supports up to Outlook 2003 service pack 2. You would then need to upgrade to the OSE version of EM to be able to fully use UM.
