are there any issues running CMS call reporting and xchange for cti on the same virtual server.as the cms drops out daily-the xchange however is more stable.

what version of software is the system?
Is the server listed in the cti server ip in the system?
is the server (or ip range) in the IP Phone and Management IP whitelist?

You need to open a ticket with tollring for the CMS dropping out. They add a service to the server to restart the IP capture every 15 minutes or so when it's installed on a machine with xchange. So far it's fixed all of ours.
