I have a case with operator (200) who accepts many incomming calls (have around 8 CALL buttons programmed on the phone).

Operator is transfering incomming calls to extensions.

If the extension does not pick up, the call comes back to operator and shows "RECALL FROM .." let's say 209.

The problem occurs if the operator at this time has another conversation. Recalled call is waiting, and when operator finishes other calls, "RECALL FROM 209" is now shown as "RECALL FROM 200"!!

the operator does not know to whoom transfer this call again.


I hope you know what I mean, probably this is rather common situation and I'm sure there is a solution.

The system is OS500, but it's acting the same on OS7200 v4.80.
