I really hope I am not bugging you guys too much. This is my first Summit, so I am having issues. Maybe the next one won't be so bad. Anyway, I am trying to set up a scenario, so that when we close for lunch, any incoming call will go to VST 3. In program 251, when I set everything up and press save, all my info goes away. Kind of like when you do a station group, but don't define the group first. Is there something I am missing?

What is VST?

I've rarely used PGM 251. Why not use "Timed Ring" in the CO Ring Attributes?

Wrong program...pgm 251 is caller id and or network routing not standard CCR/vsf/disa routing. If you want on demand ringing to a VSF announcement/ccr table use DISA attributes pgm 146 and set VSF 3 to play on timed ring. The attendant can then switch to timed ring on demand or you can use an auto ring mode table (pgm 233) to set the time that VSF 3 plays. Much easier.
