How do I change the dial plan for the dial 9. If I press 9 it selectes a line in my outgoing line group and I have to dial 1 + number. If I select the line directly I do not have to dial 1,I can just dial the 7 digit number. Using analog pots lines

What system is it? Is it selecting an analog pots line when dialing 9? Is it using LCR when dialing 9? You'll have to be more specific and do a little basic trouble shooting 101.

CIX100 Dialing 9 grabs a pots line. For example If I dial 9+16105551212 the call goes out on line 7. Dialing 1 + the number works
If I dial 96105551212 the system grabs line 7 and says your call can not be completed as dialed. I think it is dialing 9610555121 it's not registering the last digit 2.
If I manually select line 7 on the phone I can dial with 1 and with out 1

Then it's the modified digit table in the LCR.

I'll look at LCR again I was trying adding leading digit of 1 but couldn't get it working.
