Yes, one trunk per function key is easy to do, but (from my 3rd post)

Quote
Most extensions don't have enough keys to have the desired programs AND have a key for each trunk...

I think that's why they had this set up the way they did to begin with. The majority of the sets are 8 button Dterm and 5 trunks eat into that number real quick.

But since my original question of 'why aren't the VEs ringing according to the priority set in 16-02' isn't really being addressed I'm going to assume there isn't an answer to be had here and start thinking about one of these alternative strategies, like a bunch of 16 key Dterms.

Thanks for all the input.

Josh

This still doesn't make sense at all. Something is not being understood or conveyed.

5 lines PER company (2 companies total right?)

How many extension in each company?

I am assuming RNA to auto attendant or mailbox or a TBOX in your case. Is this correct?

What feature keys MUST you gave on your extensions?

Are all the phones supposed to ring at the same time? (each company separate got that).

Voicemail question by me was because routing to auto attendant for each company has to have a routable number. This is done differently intramail vs active voice (what you have).

Have you checked settings in 16-01?
