Hey guys, got a call from a friend in the alarm business who has a customer with an Encore system who is having problems with line 2. The phone company says there is dialtone to the demarc. I am thinking this is a problem with the line card (bad port). They have 3 lines so from what I can read in the manual this would give them 2 (2 port) line cards. As this is a 1 1/2 hour drive to the site, I was hoping to get some advice from anyone with experience with this system. Thanks in advance for your advice.

Have you already resolved this issue? If not, is the system an Encore or EncoreCX?
