I am running a Calix E7 and trying to reach out to about 36960ft. I am looking for good options to get the service out there.

36960 feet from where? If you're talking from the supply source of the DSL that's way beyond the operating range.

Unsure what you are looking for. If you are looking to extend service out from the Calix E7 you can try these folks. I have used their gear to push ethernet circuits over a couple of miles. https://www.patton.com/ethernet-extender/You can also try ADC Campus Pairgain modems. They can push HDSL, SDSL signal to around 12 miles over OSP Plant if I remember their specs correctly. I have used a butt ton of them and they are solid. https://www.cnet.com/products/adc-campus-rs-cars-51-dsl-modem-series/specs/
