Hi folks,

Looking for a bit of help. We've been asked to record greetings for a customer remotely but don't have a connection directly to their stratagy. Most of the greetings we've managed to figure out, but for life of me I cannot suss out where the information mailbox is (company address/ fax number).

Is there a standard mailbox number techs use for that?

Thanks in advance!

-Will

It could be any mailbox number. You don't specify which type of stratagy this is but they are all accessible via modem pretty easily.

The customer figures that it was set up for remote access at one point.

I've never had the pleasure of remoting into a stratagy. Is there a guide handy?
