I have a customer with an old Lucent Partner mail (release 3) who cannot access the admin functions to change a mailbox password. someone has changed the admin password and will not admit it. Is there a backdoor password or another way in? Thanks

Yes there are but it can't be posted here. A google search or an Avaya Business Partner can help you.
