I'm trying to forward a 4025 superset to an off-premise external cel phone. When I get into call forwarding after pressing the superkey, I don't get the options as listed in the user guide. If I select Always, and then press program, I get a To: prompt, but all I can enter is a local extension number.

Is there something I'm missing here?

program the cell number in a speed call bin, form 31 then forward to the abbreviated dial access code and bin number i.e. 26 access code and 100 bin number.

there is more programming to do if you are going to have incoming to outgoing call forward or tandem trunks, form 4, form 3 and form 30
