We had one of our Inter-tel Axxess Ver 9 sites lose their voicemail server over the weekend. The site is due to be taken down soon so we aren't going to replace it, but I need those few users at that site to have access to voicemail on our voicemail server for a few weeks until they are officially down.
I always had a local VPU at each site I adminsitered before, so this is my first off-node voicemail configuration.
We are already setup with nodes for dialing each site via the network so I was hoping this was going to be easy, but the problem site doesn't seem to be able to see our voicemail server extension. They can call our extensions but none of the apps on our VM server.
What am I missing?
Any and all help is appreciated.

First you need to make sure that you have a numbering plan with no conflicts, if a remote node receives device info that conflicts with something already in it's DB it will ignore it, and this isnt just local device info. Each node knows about all devices on all nodes unless there is a conflicting numbering plan.
