BCM 450 with one POTS line and a PRI. There is also some Eventide call recording equipment that is connected on the station side of the BCM. Anytime a phone set is picked up, it is recorded. External, internal, page, everything.

We’ve discovered that calls on the POTS line are recorded when first answered, but when the call is parked with SWCA, once any other extension picks up the call, it does not record. The recording equipment software says it is recording, but it seems to be hung onto the original answering set, which of course is silent, so no audio is recorded. Any calls on the PRI are recorded just fine, even after being picked up on another set with SWCA.

I know this is probably an Eventide problem, but would sure like to help them get it fixed. Any thoughts? Thanks!
