I am not overly familiar with the Mitel system, some ports on one of the analog station card is not working. When you go off hook the light on the card goes red, there is side tone on the port but no dial tone. I swapped out the card and same issue. Reset the system, checked the wiring, there are no alarms on the system. Does anybody have any ideas on what might be wrong. Thanks

Have you verified dial tone at the block? Tried a different slot?

You better check programming. That's usually a sign the port is no longer programmed or somehow the COS has been changed to disable call origination.

What do you mean by "there is side tone on the port, but no dial tone"?

Maybe the "side tone" got 'em?
