Hi Guys, Iam using SVMi-20i on OS7400. There is AA for main line. and options are,
Press 1 go to Grp 501 after 5 rings go to another AA and on no entry go to 501 again. For Press 2 go to Grp 502 after 5 rings go to another AA prompt and on no entry must go back to 502 and Press 3 go to Grp 503 after 5 rings go to another AA and no entry go back to 503. Press 1 works fine But the problem is every time Press 2 or Press 3 options after no entry on the second AA it always go back to Grp 501, instead of their own group.
Please HELP if anyone went through this problem.. Thank you

Hard to say exactly without seeing how you have programmed the routing menu. What are you trying to do when you send it to the second AA?Does a greeting play in the second AA menu? Is the next option set properly in the group programming?

Second AA greeting is just to say u users are busy, please wait, and on No Entry option goes to the same station group. there is no ENTRY assigned in second AA.

You must set in forward trunk and forward station, 502 go to mnu whatever then tell that menu to go to 502 in no entry. Same goes for 503

Dear PV, on overflow, NEXT port is 579(BIVMS Grp) for all three groups. System takes as All call forwarded from Trunk(AT). That is why all the options, always goes to AT.

But i tried set at station group
Grp 501(Grp Busy:Off, Grp Ans:Off, All Out:Off) Overflow, Next: 579
Grp 502(Grp Busy:ON, Grp Ans:Off, All Out:Off) Overflow, Next: 579
Grp 503(Grp Busy:Off,Grp Ans:Off, All Out:ON) Overflow, Next:Virtual ext which is forwarded to 579.
This it works, but on grp 502 if no answer go back to grp 501.

If anyone got any otherway to do it, please help me.
