I have been asked to setup a click to dial function in our Filemaker database.

Each user has a Windows PC and a desktop NEC SIP phone with a headset attached.

I have managed to get my database to open up the standard Windows "Phone Dialer" with the number I would like to call.

How would I configure this "Phone Dialer" to connect to the SV9100 and dial out from the desktop phone on their extension?

I have been told that I would need to use TAPI but I am not sure where to look for information regarding this.

I was also informed that it would be possible with macro scripting but again I am not sure where to find any information on setting this up.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

You need to use NEC Tapi Driver.
