Trying to install a kx t7775 on 50G system
the 30865 works just fine
read the instructions tried everything did get the little blue light to go on help !

Found the problem
diagram shows a line cord connecting doorcard to the power module
simple right .... wrong !
you need to reverse one end of the cord
so with the tab down left and right sides at both ends are the same way
