One of our DKT3020's is having some weirdness with the feature buttons.
I programmed it exactly the same as our other DKT3020s, but only the bottom left 7 feature buttons perform as expected. The rest don't accept any assignments.
For example, the top left button (position 10) is set to DND. Pushing this button does nothing -- the handset emits beep, but it does not change to DND.
If I assign DND to one of the first 7 buttons, not only does it work, but the other DND button lights up.
What am I doing wrong? Program 204-03 is set to 20 for the keystrip button quantity. I've done this before and never had a problem. I feel like I'm missing something pretty obvious.
Thanks.

If it was me, I'd double check the button settings from the phone.
Log into User Programming mode by entering #9876 Press the HOLD key to go to Key Assign Mode Press that top button. Does it say DND or 000 Not programmed? I believe the code 180 is for DND. Enter 180 and press the same key.

delete the extension and re-create it again with the same equipment number. The default settings will be OK to re-test as it will be set to a 20 key handset by default
