Hello,
We have a KX-TA624 phone system in our small office. It has worked well for us. We just had a phone installer configure it for us. We have 2 caller ID cards installed in the unit. I thought for some reason we only had one, as caller ID only shows on the first 3 lines. So, I found one on eBay, only to find we had 2 in there when I opened up the unit. Is there something that needs to be done from the programming side to activate the other caller ID card? Thanks Mike

each line has to be told there is caller id connected in main programming
