Can you send a ringing call to VM via button press?
I though we did this by pressing the vmmsg button, but it would not work today.
The customer thought they could press # in the past and do it. Thanks Chaz

Assuming # is still set to vmmemo in the dial number plan, then it should work
There may be a setting in the cos fire it, not sure if vm ame is what you're after

Is this call ringing a station directly or to a station group?

Lots of times a group. I can test direct and with the group. Also, I will check in the COS for the VM MEMO
Thanks Both!

DID call direct to the station. If she presses # during the ringing, it does not send the caller to VM. Nor does the VMMSG or the VT button.
Any ideas?
Thanks Chaz
