Can't get call forwarding to a cell phone working. Have the number in a speed dial bin. In cos 3 have follow external call forward set and the trunk to trunk options set. In form 4 have Incoming to Outgoing call forward set. In form 30 have devices allowed.

The phone accepts the call forward programming. Call never forwards. If set form 19 no answer or busy to the speed dial that does not work either. What does work is when I program one of the DID numbers to go to that speed dial bin the inbound call does route to the cell phone. Inbound and outbound is via a PRI.

Any suggestions??

from what I am ready you have one extension that will not external call forward and one that will, if you make the one that does not the same cos as the one that does see if that works, if not make the one that doesn't work the same tenant (in case there is a tenant restriction, form 5), break it down that way.

Sorry to mislead you but no extension can call forward to an external number.

form 3, options 208 external call forward, 245 abbreviated dial, 318 trunk to trunk, form 4, option 21 enabled, form 30 allow 6 to 6

ensure these are in the cos of the forwarding extension, we may need to add more to other devices depending how the call enters the pbx
