I have a customer with a dx80 with flash v/m card. When AA answers and you dial an extension the v/m plays please hold while i try that extension, but does not transfer call. You can see call on hold but it doesn't transfer to the phone. After the timer expires you get main greeting again. Its like the transfer dial string is corrupted or missing. Anyone know where i might find that info? I also noticed after dialing ext. number, the system was going off hook like it was trying to outbound notify. Tried reset but it didn't help.

Well i had more time today so i broke out the old laptop an connected to v/m. Turns out the transfer to line in Mailbox had phone numbers where its normally an X. Changed to X an works fine. I didn't think you could change that through the phone. O'well its working now.
