We have an Intertel CS5000 phone system and we want it so that a specific digital extension is required some form of a passcode to be entered before they can dial out externally. I am sure its possible and would appreciate some advice on how to set this up.Thanks

Navigate to system/phone-related information/account codes. Create your account code by double clicking "Forced". Right click in a blank area and choose "Add to Forced list" to create a new account number. Soft click in the Forced account code field and enter a code. Double click Validated and choose your call out type. Double click that and right click to enter the extensions you want to force the account code on. This is the fast answer. Good Luck!
