I have a customer that wants to purchase a good amount of Red colored Nortel (or now Avaya) M3904 phones to distinguish them as phones on a backup PBX they have.
Any one know any good leads on a company that sells them or can make a batch of 75-100 phones in the Red color and have had a good experience with the quality?
Anything I should be looking at to make sure they aren't chipping off spray paint in a month?

Maybe just provide red handsets, which are generally easier to find.

Have you used them before? How durable is the finish they provide?

Would it be any different process than the ILEC's use to use to rehab the rental phones? Those repainted ones seemed to last forever. I think they even repainted the black ones to a decorator colour if they were short of factory ones.

I know that Manitoba Telecom Services use to have a paint shop in the Winnipeg distribution complex to paint telephones instead of sending them back to Nortel. I am sure the Bell and GTE operating companies did the same instead of sending to Western and Cortello.
