I have a customer that is using esi-link. The question I have is the extensions at the remote location will be lit (green) sometimes for an hour or so for no reason. You can call the remote extension and connect to that party and then the light goes out when you hang up the phone. Just trying to figure out if there is a fix for this or why the phone system does this. Thanks guys

1. What are the systems involved?
2. What is the software version in each Comm Server?
3. What codec is in each Comm Server?
