I added an IPRC with firmware 1.5.1 to my Axxess 9.1 system. This card was in a different system previously and it worked fine. I have the same IP phones that were used on this card when it was in that other system.
The connected phones display the following: ID: (MAC address) 192.168.XX.YYY (obtained via DHCP) CONNECTED TO 192.168.XX.ZZZ (IP of IPRC) WAITING FOR CALL PROCESSING -
I have the IPRC setup as a DKSC 16 and the extensions are programmed on that card as regular DK's. The phones show up as connected when in the web interface of the IPRC, but they can not be used as the display above never goes away.
The existing IPRC I have in the system for IP phones works fine as it always has. It has newer firmware on it (9.0) that requires licenses for each phone.
We needed to add more IP phones in a hurry and I found this IPRC with the old firmware and phones available for me to use, so...
I was hoping I could plug in this additional IPRC, set the IP for it, and be good to go. HA - how silly of me to think that.
Any and all help is always appreciated,
Thanks

Got it figured out myself. Here's what I did for future reference if anyone else has similar problems:
Each IP Phone needs to be setup on the same number for "Device ID" in the web interface of the IPRC and Port number on the cooresponding DKSC 16 programmed in System Manager.
It makes sense now (DOH!) but I didn't think of it at first.

I though would recommend upgrading the IPRC and the phones to the latest boot code. If you are at 9.1 there is no cost involved. This should provide you with improved IP audio from the older firmware.
